NUNCHAKU INTERNSHIP, 15-16 OCTOBER 2016

At the MIOCLUB gym, Via Dei Pradacci, Tradate (VA)
A hard training where you will learn the movements with the Nunchaku, the steps, the Kata movements, Freestyle and the fighting rules. After an initial part of warm-up and physical training, we will get to the heart of the movements and hand changes of the Nunchaku. There will be a way to experiment and have fun, even by fighting. All in complete safety.
Saturday 15 October, from 2.00pm to 6.00pm, advanced stage, price €20.00.
Sunday 16 October, from 9:00 to 13:00, stage for beginners, price €10.00.
The internship will be held at the MIOCLUB gym, Via Dei Pradacci, Tradate (VA).
